While institutionalizing, we establish and ensure the implementation of our operating and management system in accordance with international standards. We continuously measure and improve our guest satisfaction and service quality with the belief that we can always do better. We attach importance to the continuity of training in order to raise awareness of our staff and ensure the continuity of the system.

We make new investments by working in harmony with country and regional policies. We take into account guest expectations in our investments, closely follow the technology, improve ourselves and always use our experience, knowledge and skills in a constructive way.

With our transparent management style, we ensure that all employees contribute to our system. By instilling the corporate identity in all employees, we create employees who believe in teamwork and ensure that they stay within the group for a long time. We continuously increase our bed capacity. We lead the sector with our pioneering work and set an example. We do not discriminate against staff and guests (language, religion, race). Everyone is treated equally.

We offer physically, chemically and microbiologically clean foods for our guests to have a healthy diet. We comply with the laws and regulations published in our country in the purchase, storage, preparation and presentation of raw materials. Our goal is to continuously raise food safety standards and ensure that this is implemented as a system.

In order to protect the environment and ensure the necessity of sustainable tourism, we identify our impacts on the environment, control our negative impacts, potential hazards and wastes. We strive to minimize the use of natural resources, energy consumption, air, water and soil pollution.

We comply with the laws, regulations, legislation and regulations published in our country regarding the environment, occupational health and safety and human rights, and fulfill all requirements completely. While carrying out our activities, we take and implement the necessary measures to protect our guests and employees from injuries and diseases that may occur and to provide good working conditions.
We try to ensure that our environmental awareness and sustainability efforts are adopted not only by our staff, but also by our guests, suppliers, subcontractors and authorities. We contribute to the production of environmental protection and social projects in cooperation with local administrations, suppliers and non-governmental organizations.

We take all necessary measures to increase local employment in our locations, protect and enrich natural life, and share with the public all the activities we carry out to protect our environment.

We take the necessary measures to respect children’s rights and protect children against all forms of exploitation (including sexual exploitation) and ensure that all suspicious activities involving children are reported to local authorities and relevant organizations.
