After you have made your reservation, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to your e-mail address and you can also make your payment by clicking on the online payment link given within this confirmation e-mail.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer payments by installments for the reservations made directly from our hotel. However, if you make reservations through the internal market agents, with which we also collaborate, you can arrange payments by installments.
Breakfast spread and dinner are served a la carte in our hotel and our restaurant serves as a la carte at noon for lunch. Breakfast is between 08:00 and 10:30 in the morning and our dinner is between 19:00 and 21:30. Our restaurant is open untill 24:00 o’ clock.
Room service is available between 08:00 and 23:00. You may order from the menu in your room, by dialing the extension 5300.

Yes, we have a mini bar in the room and mini bar contents are not free of charge.
We have one indoor thermal pool and one outdoor pool. The temperature of our indoor pool is between 37 and 40 degrees and the temperature of our outdoor pool is between 30 and 34 degrees. Our outdoor pool is filled with thermal water during winter and serves as a normal pool during summer.
Wet areas at the SPA center are free of charge for our guests staying at our hotel. SPA CENTER is open from 08:00 to 19:00.
No, the whole SPA area is for men and women together.
Yes, we do depending on hotel’s availability. For the use of the SPA pool, there is a fee of 2000 TL per person during the week and during the weekend 2400 TL per person. You may also attend our breakfast, lunch or dinner at our hotel, which are extra paid services.
