Immediately after checking in, take a look at the floor plan behind the guest room door. Please find and keep in mind the location of the emergency exits, fire extinguishers and fire alarms closest to your room.
When the Fire Alarm Sounds
It is important that all our guests follow the evacuation procedures below.
Fire Safety
- Find out where the fire alarm is located.
- Take a look at the floor plan behind your room door and check the location of fire exits.
- In case of fire, do not use elevators, prefer stairs.
- Know the location of fire extinguishers or emergency equipment in or near your room.
If the door is hot and it is not safe to go out
- Place wet towels at the bottom of the door
- Pull the "Emergency" rope in your bathroom.
- Close the ventilation system to prevent smoke from entering the room.
- Stay close to the floor to avoid inhaling smoke.

Personal Safety
- Keep your room door locked at all times.
- Do not share your room number with strangers.
- Do not open the door to anyone other than hotel staff.
- Keep your valuables in the safe in your room.
Health and Safety
- Find out emergency phone numbers and the hotel's medical services.
- Be careful in elevators, stairs and other common areas.
- Follow the rules for using facilities such as pools and gyms.
Environmental Safety
- Unplug electrical appliances when not in use.
- In case of electrical faults, notify the hotel staff immediately.
- Turn off the lights and air conditioning when you leave your room.
- Securely lock the windows and balcony doors in your room.
Natural Disasters
- In case of an earthquake, hide under a table or stand next to a sturdy object.
- In case of flooding or inundation, get to higher floors and stay safe.
Safety Tips
Do not open the door to your room without verifying who it is. If someone claims to be an employee, call reception and ask if one of our team has been sent to enter the room.
- Keep your room key with you at all times. If you lose your key, inform the reception immediately.
- Keep your door closed when you are in your room and use all locks.
- Check that your sliding windows and doors and doors between rooms are locked.
- Do not invite strangers into your room.
- Do not attract attention by showing large amounts of cash or expensive jewelry in public.
- When returning to the hotel late at night, stop in the illuminated areas and use the main entrance.
- Do not leave valuables in your vehicle.

You can help by doing the following;
- Not turning up the volume on your television and music players.
- Not slamming the door to your room.
- Not talking loudly in the hallway as you enter and leave your room.
Party and invitation organizations are not allowed in the room unless approved by the management. If you want your neighbors to be warned about this, you can contact the reception.
